i am not a s/h in CTP, but, after a quick read, this seems a promising deal.
it's solves the perennial problem of small cap expl coys with promising permits, of just how and where to get the funds to explore and prove-up their assets.
it strikes me how similar this deal is to that of DLS and BG ?
