Well the questions still remains-why are you here? Is it simply to 'save' those of us with an interest in prorty investing?
I find it quite perculiar. Either there must be an underlying issue driving your ansgt (been burnt by property/frustrated you missed out?)or there are some deep seated self esteem issues where by as a group you can continue to re assure yourselves that you have done/are doing the right thing?
If you are so dead against property why post here?
