Aren't most of these resolutions with issues of equity only so that tzl can fast track capital raising if required. It seems that within most of these resolutions that they will only issue this equity I they really need it. I'm in two minds. I want to take away the board's fail safe of raising equity but if they really need it for up-front roll-out of a new contract then fair enough.
Resolution 6 seems ridiculous so that's a no for me.

I see the negative sentiment has well and truly returned. Come on guys, if new investors read all this you are only putting them off. I would say that the last 5 months since AP has been positive with cost cutting and winning of numerous contracts.
The board cannot be removed due to QVT interests so please remove this thought. A new CEO would be good though as MB has plenty of other distractions.

I think the worm has turned for tzl with thw future brighter and that these equity resolutions outlined won't need to be activated.
