On 27th September ASX announcement included description of company milestones for the new technical consultants as:

- Review of data, geological modelling, development of exploration program , etc etc

AND

- "Preparation of an exploration target for release to the market during the December 1012 quarter"

AND

- "If appropriate the preparation of an initial Coal Resource Estimate in accordance with JORC Code"

So I would guess we are in a halt because we are about to see some actual info about the coal concessions. Hopefully an exploration target or even a JORC.

SP has run from 10c to 75c on no deatiled factual info whatsoever about the coal concessions other than "next door to someone else".

IMO the halt is a very good sign. For long term followers of the Prairie DOGS I expect we are about to hear Dororthy say "Toto I have a feeling we are not in Kansas anymore"...:)
