Key at the moment is JDC building the test plant in Florida, should be working 1st half 2013. If the scaled up plant does the job, then all the rest of the pieces should fall into place nicely. Should have a super phosphate plant up and running for about the same cost as those other guys are going to pay to vacuum a bit of rock phosphate from the sea floor. I've made my choice and am happy to wait here for the wagons to move on out.
