From my experience with VRE (now CLA) this can take several years.
To be honest, I am sorry to say that imho this company should be written off completely. Losswise, we had already reached the high nineties in %%, coming from 3 to the level last traded.
Other than with View, here is no one to blame. This just happened. BrgdS
