hawkers: The bears are only temporary, once house prices come down to their historical median, the bears will disappear. For example, these days there are no property bears in USA, UK, Ireland and other countries that have had a healthy house price correction. One day, all us bears will be bulls, meanwhile - just listen.
Note: The Oz. historical median can be reached by a crash or zero growth for about ten years - for sake of family and friends, I hope the latter.
