cash raising

Hi All,

On a number of posts I have seen comments about a potential cash raisng. I believe this was refuted by comments of RC but I thought the statement in the DJ Carmicheal report (page 4) on the issue should be bought posters attention. Yhe report states:

"a near term funding option could come in the form of unlisted options (65m, exercise price 12.5c, expiry April 2015) which if exercised could raise ~$8m. CTP management is currently in discussions with the key option holders with the aim of having a 50% conversion rate by 4Q 12/1Q 13 which would raise an additional $4m. In addition, CTP will receive $1m plus interest plus agreed or assessed party/party legal costs as a result of its settlement of arbitration proceedings with Century Energy Services Pty Ltd."

I think this statement should clarify the issue a little.
