Even I was surprised at the timing of the announcement of the sale of the rural business. I did not expect that until next year after the divestment of forestry and futuris.

If there has been some other informal discussions with a suitor over a cup of coffee that has led to this I could yet be impressed.

For now I am waiting till the results Ann to determine if Jackman has made any headway to improving the rural business EBIT and reducing debt with proceeds of asset sales. If I can make 50c on my ordinaries in the sales process with current timing I will be impressed. If between 20 and 40c I will be neutral, less than 20c and I will be disappointed.
