Sorry guys, while I'm on my soap box, it occurs to me that in all likelihood if this process was taking place in Australia, we would still be in the same place.

Courts the world over hate being told they can't review a decision of the executive. Generally, as an individual you want courts to stick up for themselves, separation of powers and all that good stuff.

I still think what ever happens tomorrow, sooner or later, Lynas will start producing.

I do not think that we have been significantly disadvantaged by building the LAMP in Malaysia, in fact, I think it will be seen as one of the company's best decisions (and before you blow raspberries at me, consider if we wouldn't be in exactly the same position if the LAMP was built in WA). It follows that if you're down on Malaysians, maybe you should consider the alternatives.
