I think you will find AZG is seeking approval to issue shares, over the next 12 months, for any suitable acquisition that may arise.They won't issue them if nothing becomes available. Maybe the first thing they should do is issue something to their early investors.
I mean the 5yr ones.Nothing gained by these people over that period of time. Look at the share price!
