just wondering if they can announce that during suspension? does all news need to be delayed until the suspension is lifted?

i cant wait to see what happens next week. it will not make any sense to proceed with getting permit etc for drilling if money is a problem.

PEN for one managed to get 70 million bond etc in this climate so why cant BLR. ?

sure hope what tydec says come true :)
