I think the Kress cycles are the same as PQ Wall's.
Wall broke his cycles up into 3X3 lows.
3 lows in 1st cycle and 3 lows in 2nd cycle etc.
ie 9 lows per full cycle.
The first 2 major and minor cycles tended to be up and the 3rd down.
Not sure how that fits with your work.
