    My meaning was not that OKAP is of benefit to retail shareholders, far from it imo. Rather, after the dust settles, imo, retail shareholder MAY be disadvantaged, by an as yet unidentified mechanism. Additionally remember that your mate Pete is the 'caretaker' of Australian shareholders interests. Think about the alternatives. Not pretty!!

    I am aware of the history, very much so.
