Firstly I don't see it as a 50% divestment. We started with NO Cockatto and and have 50% of Cockatoo.
We didn't start with 100% then down to 50%.

Secondly, I think that is one of the less important issues.
We are voting on connections for future opportunities such as Irvine benefication/ future Irvine relationships / assistance with people that WEG can supposedly introduce us to. Things WEG can do to help PLV expand and grow and develop Irvine. Irvine is where the volume is and where the main connections are required.

I'm voting YES for the sake of growth and development for the future - Irvine.
