I guess it'll come as no surprise to some that if this report is true - I can see it as a legitimate means of taking the war to where it is waged.
One of the things the UN is struggling with and is at the heart of John howards policy to attack preemptively those that plan to attack Oz, is that the Rules of Engagement have changed.
No longer is it one state against another and in an attempt to wage war, the boundaries of the states are subject to attack and invasion.
Now the war is fought where the terrorists decide.
No longer.
If thats the way they wish to wage their war...they must accept the consequences.
