Yes its true that there have been some questionable statements coming from the thr offices. Though looking back over my working life, I cannot recall too many companies that I worked for or came across that I would say have outstanding professional ethics and integrity.
Its also true that the lack of interaction with shareholders is frustrating. You have no idea how angry it makes me when people refuse to return my calls or emails!!!!!!!!! I AM the customer from hell when it comes to poor treatment and its very easy to make it to my blacklist. However, this is about THEM making money for me, so I will be a little forgiving, but only a little!!!!
