Boater, ridiclous, the plant is not going anywhere. This is not the first rare earth plant in the world, there are many of them but this one is the most technologically advanced, safest state-of-the art plant in the world. It will get up I have no doubt (hopefully today), Malaysia has way, way too much to lose from not having this plant operational and they know it.
