    You realise you ARE posting about a stock that is a paltry three tenths of a cent.

    So what sort of Management profile can you possibly expect when a stock is trading at three tenths of a cent?

    One thing for sure - you wouldn't expect to have Dr Marius Kloppers, CEO of BHP Billiton, aboard, or anyone of similar managerial stature.
