i'm a holder and a believer but if you want to get a feel for what's making this and another nearology stocks volatile go and have a look at the SP of all the stocks around Sandfire that rocketed up, found nothing except to date "De Grussa style mineralogy" and sank like stones.
That's the problem with neurology and similar stocks to this IMO.
