SMSL don't understand that it's not the speed at which they can lodge an appeal that matters. It's the length of the proceedings that follow that would cause significant financial hardship to Lynas if the injunction is kept in place.
It doesn't matter that they can appeal in 48 hours. They are missing the point.
Bring on the appeal and let it get crushed once and for all.
The higher up in the courts we go, the more judges will be leaning towards supporting the intentions and wishes of government and royalty. Because they are educated individuals with a grasp on science and reality.
