If Roman is looking for a 10% stake (and that does seem like his minimum interest) I would have to ask where that's coming from. Surely it's inside trading if he buys in the open market now that he's had a personal tour of the demonstration facility and check book access to the CEO's time? And if he is buying on the market the volumes are far too low for him to have picked up anything substantial so far.

Dilution is another issue for PB (and us), if he issued 10% new stock to Roman and then the GCL deal get past the keeper that’s 15% PB will need to increase his holding by to remain level (simple math, its early, I know that’s off slightly).

My bet is on a JV.
