    Victory,

    simply,

If i owned one percent of a company I valued at $500m and producing 200koz.Value my interest at $5m and upside on 2000oz production is technically attributable to me

Then you came along and said I'll throw in $225m and no more immediate ounces, what do you think that makes it worth to me?

All of a sudden i own half a percent valued at $360m worth of the business = $3.6m and upside on only 1000oz production attributable to me.
You get $3.6m worth of the business and upside on 1000 of MY OLD OUNCES for $2.25m

On this basis, what we are being offered is exactly what we could of had by leaving CRE in the dust and spending the money on Coolgardie and we would have an extra $17m plus takeover costs of $3.5m in the bank and be worth more than what we are now as a result.
That is why this offer is VERY OPPORTUNIST,i have no doubt.
Sadly supported by the board, with plans of Grandeur,it seems.
Cre is not far from coming right cash flow wise.
Then it too will have money in the bank--period and repay FML's $20m cash tied up there, along with Coolgardie throwing off $3-5m conservatively a quarter.

Consolidate the shares, play with the numbers, lets consolidate to 200 shares in total and guess what, instead of owning two,i now have only one of them, still only worth the same $3.6m,instead of $5m,however not too many buyers buying shares at such a high price.A lot of small shareholders in FML won't hold dollar shares,so will SELL and depress the price should that happen.

While i like that train of thought showing its head again,it is only because consolidation allows one to exit before hand and if you still like the business after, buy back much cheaper.Mind you consolidation is normally a sign the business is shrinking and it gives the impression of management doing something, when it is NOT,which is why most seasoned investors start to run trashing the share price anyway.

DYOR+DYODD "Dreams of Grandeur will kill all countries and companies.Give them their head.Encourage them, for In the end the giants shrink into shriveled up husks-ripe for the plucking. Its how we continually profit during every stage that matters". Baron.R.

Vote while your vote counts, because SOON IT WON'T.

The directors up for re-election are probably the ones who will stand down once the deal goes through anyway,to make room for the three from Shandong making the 7 man board.
If you thought you were making a point by only voting no on the first 4 votes, then you may see its mainly a pointless token Jesture.
It's the over 25% votes for a tip that will kill this deal, because there will then be no board to progress Shandong offer No2.

I'm sure the BIG VOTERS won't vote until the day, keeping their options to profit open to the last minute by awaiting offers they can't refuse to allow this deal through.
If they get desperate, they can always BUY MY VOTE for 10c a share, that will get me out ahead, but best not to wait until the day though as I'd need to see the money in the bank. They have of course got my number on the bottom of the form,so they can ring.If you get a call don't forget to ask HOW MUCH.
Nothing free in this world.Especially freedom to choose.
