Globally I think you are correct. I was more focussing on the Australian situation. Most of the countries that are experiencing high birthrates/high proportion of people under 30 years are middle eastern countries. This could be a sign of things to come,, cause it's fare to say china has socially engineered it's self out of long term growth from the one child policy. And then there is lil old Australia keeping the status quo.
