As far as I am aware for the holding you have as at the record today so had to buy t +3 you can convert on a 1 for 1 basis with the new security (just over 5% margin).
I wouldnt touch them now, surely anyone that held will switch into the new security, leaving a very illiquid stock only paying 2% above. My broker was talking fair value around $70 odd for remaining shares (same broker that put me into them heavily) Goes without saying I will be rolling mine into the new security.
