I would like to put a little perspective on this:-

Abramovich is in the media and so it lights everyone up but the GCL deals is much bigger than anything he can bring to the table.

Just to compare ... "GCL Board Chairman Zhu Gongshan accompanied Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping to visit the United States" .. this was earlier this year.

Xi Jinping is about to become China's new leader. The deal Linc has done with GCL should be seen as only the first step. The potential is huge. Linc is extremely well connected .... Abramovich came to talk to PB, not the other way around.
