Nick only has loyalty to himself and perhaps his gang of Board of Directors. IMO for him the only thing worthwhile is money ... look at what he did to get that bonus as Forge chair after the failed attempt to sell Crown for a song ...
He must be having a good laugh at the expense of us LT shareholders.
