Why can't LYC Inc, (a theoretical subsidiary of LYC) be given the shares and they sell them on the exchange. Thou it may take a week or two to move them, atleast they are going 'to the market', not to the BB. CR to the big end of town is open to all sorts of manipulations. Even NC wife's, brother in-law's cat could be considered a sopho investor...if they want to.
