The day traders work on speculation and the unknown, VMS is moving to a producer, will get a rerating, but the market cap of approx $70m based on approx 280m shares at 25c seems reasonable.

The BFS has a NPV of A$143m, discounting that for a further risk factor say 50%, the market cap seems reasonable, this risk factor will reduce as Venture get closer to production.

Venture still has the DSO which the market doesn't seem to have priced in but sorry to say no excitement in this stock in the short term.

Venture needs to get the market excited about their other projects Maitland channel, which was why I got into Venture in the first place, and there is also Paulsens to crow about too.
