Beacause I am looking at a candlestick chart at the moment and see nothing negative at all!

*Little bit of a standoff - normal for TOX
*No rabid day-traders - thats good!
*Buyers lined up - seems OK

TOX is currently off from yesterday's close, but well within the range - nothing to be concerned about IMO
