I think there is a real lack of commercial acumen and experience and mostly clear thinking by some but when push will come to shove, the outcome will be very clear.

The no voters think they know better. I think the Board knows better. Can you imagine hedge funds and average retail investors (apart from the handful of no voters here) going against a Board recommendation after years of trying alternatives? No chance.
