Yes Del, agree. The market looks at any factors in valuing a stock and the actual resource itself is just part of the equation.
We just found out yesterday that the 6 billion dollar Oakagee development in the West has been shelved. Commentators saying that it might take a decade before it might get up. Flinders Mines has some great in the ground resource and worth a fraction of resource valuation. If you cannot get it out without spending a lot of money, keeping it in the ground is the default position.
I don't give a rats about valuations. I already know different broker vals and I know the massive vals on BHP and RIO. it is BS. Look at the discount these stocks trade to vals. Massive.
