I had to do a second glance to see whether I am in Facebook or in Hot Copper, after reading through the message text...lol.

Are we there yet? PTM...

My initial thoughts was PTM would have been factored in the SP by now. But reading through the forum, and trying to be in the shoes of the institutions or big investors, from Permit perspective, is either you have it or you don't. At this stage we do not have the PTM yet...and it is just nice to hear that PEN is on the verge of getting it, or it is as good as in the bag type of message, but probably does not cut it for the institutions.

So, IMO, once (if) PEN received their PTM "signed sealed and delivered", I believe it will move the SP. This provides certainty to institution, whoever PEN mgt is seeking debt financing from, I believe they would want to see the PTM formalised, before they give the formal green light on what loan arrangement that has been or in the process of being discussed, at this point I am just guessing that, it is probably just a wink and a nod between the interested parties.

So, we shall see how it will "PEN" out next week. I am stating the obvious, but A crucial week for PEN, and hoping the market will not be affected by the US Fiscal Cliff thingy.
