That is the case with the water, so I am lead to believe.
Off topic Storing power is not cheap. Roughly 1000AHr wet cells cost about 4000grand for 24volts plus then regulator and inverter for 24-240volts. Cycle life for the batteries about 7000 if you really/ really/really look after them.
