Gents,

don't think your vote won't count.

As with many,if i had known it was investment trusts that voted for the tip last time i would not have bought FML shares.Nor if i knew they were on the hunt for a cornerstone investor for so long.
That means that ALL of the investment trusts must have voted in concert at that time.
Most of us smaller investors couldn't be bothered.
Some trusts must have sold out,however that leaves the rest of the vote to us smaller investors.

The reality is some investment trusts will still be there and voting NO.If that is now only 10% of the shares,that means a NO vote only needs 15 out of every 90 shares outstanding.

That is 1 NO votes to every 5 yes votes and this DEAL IS DEAD.

So if you want to vote NO and have only 500k shares,your counterbalancing a larger holder with 2.5m YES votes.

Plus,if we tip the board,i doubt whether any break fee will be involved as nothing will be broken,just un completable in Shandong's time limits.

This is one time the little mans vote really does count,much more than the bigger mans.I'm guessing 5-1 value.

Now,if DT had given me as much information as no doubt Shandong a non shareholeder has had,i might be voting differently,but i haven't seen a coherent reason for needing $227m i can equate to losing half of FML's production to someone else.
