So why is IPL accepting KPR options and for 10c?

IPL would have been given an inside view of the Kupang resource and would have a good idea of chances with Grimaldi.

Everything else being equal a company in IPL's position would be doing what IPL did before - put KPR in receivership an get whatever they can immediately.

Whatever the reason it must be positive for KPR's future
