    The carry was completed in the last quarter, which you can see by the increase in planned spending in the current quarter. It included the drilling, not just the fracking.

    NWE will need some added funds by March-13 (IMHO) and especially if thy wish to accelerate spending on more drilling and 3d

    This may come from assets sales (UK?) or farmout or cap raising.
