After spending some time reading the report, looks like the "professional" advice is what we have been saying here for months, where dammed if we do & were dammed if we don't. IMO, from what I have read, if the vote goes "NO" (highly unlikely given the number of share in the hands of the YES vote), then we going to the receivers the next day (that would look really good on your CV,Reason for leaving last Company "I put into a hole that was going to take an IMMINENT act of God to get out of").

If the vote is "YES", then there is the potential that we go from making health products to providing high risk capital ot companies run by the likes of the MDV management. Think it will be a toss of the coin, given that I have written this company off (THAT DISCUSSED ME TOTAL), it might be double headed.

Glad the AGM is in November now, wasn't able to make it in October, going to go and give them a total serve about the amount of fee's & salaries that have gone to the shiny bumms for nothing but digging us into a deeper hole.

As usual this is all my own honest opinion, would highly recommend that you do your own research before investing
