And if Dar El Salam is not reliable, why would someone insist that it is the best option for exporting.
sounds strange that some are promoting using a port that is dysfunctional at times and completely limit their option to this one, or even worse, the other one with sand constantly needs to be cleared from its entrance.
Does not sound like an "expert" opinion to me...far from it IMHO.
