Management obviously have no respect for the long suffering share holders. This is basically an ultimatum,

1)Pay up and buy your full entitlement therefore bringing your average down greatly.

2) Don't buy any leaving you out in the cold with a much higher average.

I fear this will now just bleed until the eyes are picked out of it by a predator. As the old saying goes don't throw good money after bad I'm out for a small loss.
