57c was an excessive price....cmon that way over the odds.
Every shareholder wants more....me included
But I also realise we are in no position of strength, have ltd or no options, and have a clock ticking ticking ticking
The ndrc said reasonable price. ..57c wasnt... we all know that. ..
The board said pricr wouldn't be reneg if condtions met....they weren't.
The board were put in a position.....take it or we walk. ...with no deal Sdl could be worthless.....
We should all be ggrateful we have a bid....better then being an unfunded African iron ore venture after $5b with the afRicans ready to boot Us out
I am keen to sell as are nearly everyone else. ... we
don't want to risk $$ on another dream.... that's all it is...
The world has markedly changed since 18 months ago in iron ore equities.....our board's acceptance of 45c shows how little power we have
