ASIC should check if a company is trading insolvent or soon will be and then delist. ASIC should be looking at the true state of affairs of companies like CTO. Blind Freddie can see they are running out of money. I remember Blina Diamond was running at a loss and this small company got a please explain a few years back. All they have to do is read the Quarterly report. How long does that take?
