    SEA also have the likely future divestments of the other 2 Bakken projects (I feel ~$90 million is achievable for the divestiture of these 2) + still have their current credit facility available to fund development.

    Additionally, TXN have been negotiating for a credit facility of their own for their EFS project, one which could very well be transferred along with the acquisition, if SEA required.

    (TXN have mentioned the credit facility has early repayment options- it's clearly been designed with the intent of efficiently being cancelled upon divestment).

    There shouldn't be any major funding concerns with EFS development, especially with the future Bakken divestments. (credit could help out in the short term, but that might not even be necessary).

    Eric and the team know what they are doing, I've got complete faith in them!
