Rocket Fuel, to date the Board has not presented any deal that has merit for shareholders, I'm not alone in this view - many shareholders feel the same way, hence the Cypress deal was subjected to the furor of shareholders.
Resolutions 6 & 7 is further evidence that this board does not care about shareholder value.
cBox has put its deal forward, with financials. As a private company we are under no obligation to provide any further information that would only be expected in a DD and once a HOA is signed. Again, I vehemently state, we will withdraw our offer today if the Board can put forward a better option for shareholders. Further we will support any other deal which is good for ALL shareholders.
What deal or deals rather is the Board holding right now that they can forward to shareholders for review? especially deals that don't give away the company by stealth with ludicrous options?
I also respectfully remind you that GA did not provide evidence until D day of the Cypress deal, a poor show that only fuels a "no confidence" vote by shareholders, so there is a proven track record here.
