I will vote in a way so that DH will be removed off the board. IMO this is like central petroleum (CTP),the founder JH had been with the company for years and the SP was going nowhere except declining. Once JH was removed and replaced with another vibrant, energetic person with leadership (Richard) the share goes up 500% this year.

DH had been too slow in everything, he is an old tortoise we need another vibrant person to lead the company into success! lets go and get the rabbit!
