This is what id like to see happen.
NXS currently has about $30 million in the bank and about
$180 million debt.
Sell down 2% of CRUX to shell for $75 million.
Sell down another 5% of Crux for around $180 million
This would leave us debt free with around $100 million in the bank, 10% of CRUX and a producing asset (longtom) making around $15 million per year all for a market cap of only $150 million.
Or a takeover for around 25-30 cents oer share.
