again you are FACTUALLY INCORRECT - "within days"?

Call was on 1st Aug we are now in November and in between that period, the judge delayed twice, for 1 week and then Interim Stay order was elongated for another 1 month - which was quite obviously NOT what Nick or Lynas was expecting.

The statement is such that Nick states they don't see the need for SHORT TERM working capital.......

To quote re the current Placement and SPP:

Funds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes during commissioning and ramp-up at the LAMP

Following the Institutional Placement and SPP, Lynas anticipates having sufficient working capital through to positive cash flow, sufficient funds to meet capital expenditure requirements and a significant cash buffer to allow for unforeseen events.

I think they (SMSL) were meeting at 8.30am again also I gather this is being ex parte as Lynas seem not to have been notified by the court but have found out via the internet/social media. (ha HC?)
