You can't stop someone from applying to court to appeal a decision.
You cant attempt to sue someone for appealing?
Whether their appeal is accepted this time, that is another question.
It would be nice to see the next anns as:
The high court has dismissed the appeal and the ship full of concentrate has left port.
Then you would see a decent SP movement north.
perhaps this is all part of the game.
The instos knew about he appeal and bought up at 75c..., im pretty sure the judges in the high court have been duly advised by the government (malaysian) of what needs to happen today.
