i agree, all protective gear should be donned today.

The crux of the SMSL appeal appears to be

“We aim to convince the court in our appeal that precaution is essential. It is within the court’s jurisdiction and power to take precautionary steps necessary to prevent the harms from materialising and it should be applied to our case.”

Given that the govt have engaged their own experts and those of the acknowledged experts within the international regulatory bodies, i cant see how any court is going to accept the word of a few independents against that of the global and Malaysian regulatory bodies.

Add to that Malaysia also has the Temporary operating license as a safety net in the instance that every expert in favour of the LAMP has got it wrong.

The fact that 2 other appeals have already been dismissed would add weight to the above hypothesis of events i think.

The fly in the ointment may well be some BS legal point that forces todays judge to impose another stay on the tol until the case is heard which must be a possibility if you consider reasons for yesterdays big sell off. Hopefully not but have to expect the worst with this stock unfortunately.

In the end we will win however any passion for it has long gone for me.
