Just a couple thoughts that others may like to reflect on and perhaps comment on.

It was stated that in the last quarterly cash flow report ADO consumed
$1 mill. for the quarter, and had $3.8 mill left at the end of Sept.

At that rate, in 6 weeks ADO will be down to $2.8 mill. and at the end of
Mar 2013 $1.8 mill.

Even if a new deal is announced and signed in the next 4 months it is highly unlikely enough revenue will actually be booked if not actually collected to make a difference to that situation.

If so, when will ADO try for a capital raising ?
Will it be able to ? At what price ?

Between DEC 2010 and now, ADO went from approx. 450 mill shares to approx. 760 mill shares. The majority of those shares new shares where issued at 2 cents !

Perhaps the pending deal is, ADO will be bought by a company not interested in becoming a customer of ADO but the owner of ADO.

It may be considerably cheaper, whether they pay 1 cent a share or 100 cents a share, that is presuming there is any interest at all !
